Engagement Of सलाहकार In Land Management Discipline In Airports Authority Of India, Western Region On Contract Basis. Accordingly applications are invited from Retired Dy. Collector/Retired Tehsildar level officer to function as Land consultant for following Stations of भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण, Western Region. 1. Position: सलाहकार 2. No of Posts: 07 3. Jobs to be carried out/ Responsibilities of consultant: To complete 100% mutation of un-mutated land in the name of AAI and other works pertaining to Land Management assigned from time to time. 4. Eligibility and Qualification Criteria: i) Retired Dy. Collector/Retired Tehsildar level officer ii) Before engaging as consultant, one month cooling period is required after superannuation. Thus, the applicant should have completed at least one month from the date of superannuation, i.e, as on date of notification. iii) The retired officials shall be medically fit and age shall not be more than 70 years. iv) The eligible candidate should be clear from Vigilance / Disciplinary angle at the time of retirement. In this regard, the candidate has to submit supporting document form his previous Department/Office. v) There should be no criminal case pending against the eligible candidate and this will be self- certified by the respective candidate. vi) Candidates, who have completed 05 years’ cumulative period as सलाहकार in AAI, shall not be considered for re-engagement of consultant as per existing policy. vii) Candidate proficient in local language is preferable. 5. Period of Engagement. i) Initial engagement of consultant can be for a period of 3 months and extendable up to 3 months based on requirement and performance of the consultant. ii) The appointment of consultants would be on full- time contract basis and they would not be permitted to take up any other assignment during the period of consultancy. iii) Both AAI and the consultant can terminate the services /resign during the period of engagement by giving one-month notice period or one -month remuneration in lieu of notice period. iv) Remuneration and all other terms and conditions will remain same for the extended period of contract if any. 6. Monthly Remuneration(Inclusive of all): i. For Metro cities: Rs. 1,20,000/- - Retired Tehsildar level, Retired Dy. Collector level - Rs. 1,50,000/- 7. Advertisement No.01/04/2022/WR
ii. For Non-Metro cities: Retired Tehsildar level - Rs. 80,000/-, Retired Dy. Collector level - Rs. 1,00,000/-

Selection Procedure
i) The mode of selection will be interview and the final selection would be subject to the outcome of interview marks/eligibility criteria and overall merit ranking and in accordance with the prevailing AAI Policy.

भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण (ए ए आई) कुल 125 विमानपत्तनों का प्रबंधन करता है जिसमें 11 अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विमानपत्तन, 8 सीमा शुल्क विमानपत्तन, 81 घरेलू विमानपत्तन तथा रक्षा वायु क्षेत्रों में 25 सिविल एंक्लेव शामिल हैं। सुरक्षित विमान प्रचालन हेतु भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण सभी विमानपत्तनों एवं 25 अन्य स्थानों पर जमीनी अधिष्ठापनों के साथ संपूर्ण भारतीय वायु क्षेत्र एवं समीपवर्ती महासागरीय क्षेत्रों में वायु ट्रैफिक प्रबंधन सेवाएं (ए टी एम एस) भी प्रदान करता है।
इलाहाबाद, अमृतसर, कालीकट, गुवाहाटी, जयपुर, त्रिवेंद्रम, कोलकाता एवं चेन्नई के विमानपत्तन, जो आज अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विमानपत्तन के रूप में स्थापित हैं, विदेशी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय एयरलाइनों द्धारा भी प्रचालन के लिए खुले हैं। कोयबंटूर, त्रिचुरापल्ली , वाराणसी एवं गया के हवाई अड्डों से अंतर्राष्ट्रीय उड़ानों के अलावा राष्ट्रीय ध्वज वाहक भी प्रचालन करते हैं। केवल इतना ही नहीं अपितु आज आगरा, कोयबंटूर, जयपुर, लखनऊ, पटना आदि के विमानपत्तनों तक टूरिस्ट चार्टर भी जाते हैं। भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण ने मुम्ब्ई, दिल्ली, हैदराबाद, बंगलौर एवं नागपुर के विमानपत्त्नों के उन्नयन के लिए तथा विश्वस्तरीय मानकों से बराबरी करने के लिए पर एक संयुक्त उद्यम भी स्थापित किया है।
