Full time 2 years Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA/ PGDM/ PGDBM) with specialization in Personnel Management/ Human Resources/ Industrial Relations OR Full time MA in Psychology/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations.
4. अनुभव:
Should have 15 years of अनुभव in HR out of which 5 years should be as a direct reportee to the Head of the organization or 8 years as a deputy to Head of Human Resources. Candidates with Aviation अनुभव will be given preference The अनुभव should be post qualification
5. Job Responsibilities (in brief): Head of Personnel will be responsible for managing the Personnel and Administration Department of Alliance Air
6. वेतन & Emoluments: INR 1,50,000/- (Gross वेतन per month)
7. Fixed Term Employment Agreement: All the Selected candidates will be appointed for 5 (Five) years on a Fixed Term Employment Agreement. The Fixed Term Employment Agreement is extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
