शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications):
Junior Hindi Translator and Typist:
1. 60% marks in M.A. Hindi/English with Hindi as a compulsory/elective subject or either of the two as the medium of examination at Degree level from a recognized University.
2. One year अनुभव in translation work from Hindi to English vice versa.
3. Proficiency in computer operations and knowledge of MS Office packages (Eg: Processing of word/Excel in Hindi and English etc.)

Hindi Typist:
1. Graduation with Hindi/English as a compulsory/elective subject or either of the two as medium of examination at Degree level from a recognized University.
2. One year अनुभव in Hindi / Marathi/ English Typing work. 3.Proficiency in computer operations and knowledge of MS Office packages

Project Technical Assistant:
1. Graduate of a UGC recognized university or equivalent in any discipline.
2. Preferably in Engineering Background.
3. One year work अनुभव in preparing & detailed work estimates, drawings, civil engineering works etc.

महाराष्ट्र विज्ञान वर्धिनी (एम ए सी एस) की स्थापना 1946 में हुई। इसे सोसायटी पंजीकरण अधिनियम 1850 के तहत पंजीकृत किया गया। इसकी अनुसंधान संस्थान को एम ए सी एस अनुसंधान संस्था के नाम से जाना जाता था। 1992 में संस्थान का नाम संस्थापक निदेशक प्रा. शंकर पुरुषोत्तम आघारकर की स्मृति में आघारकर अनुसंधान संस्थान रखा गया। आघारकर अनुसंधान संस्थान (एआरआई) भारत सरकार के विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग (डीएसटी) की एक स्वायत्त संस्था है।

आघारकर अनुसंधान संस्थान में जैवविविधता और पुराजीवविज्ञान, जैवऊर्जा, जैवपूर्वेक्षण, भ्रुणवृदधी जीवविज्ञान, आनुवंशिकी और पादप प्रजनन, और नैनोजैवविज्ञान के तहत अनुसंधान कार्य जारी है। संस्थान में आधुनिक सुविधाएँ, सुसज्जित प्रयोगशालाएँ, गेस्ट हाउस और छात्रावास है। स्नातकोत्तर अनुसंधान (एम एस्सी, पी एच डी) के लिए संस्थान को सावित्रीबाई फुले पुणे विश्वविद्यालय की मान्यता है। डीएसटी, सीएसआईआर, आईसीएआर, आईसीएमआर, डीबीटी, आदि द्वारा वित्त पोषित अनुसंधान योजनाएँ चलाई जाती हैं। भारत और विदेशों के सार्वजनिक और निजी उपक्रमों से एआरआई परामर्श सेवा, प्रायोजित अनुसंधान परियोजनाएँ और प्रौद्योगिकी हस्तांतरण के कार्यक्रमों को स्वीकार करती है।
