शैक्षणिक योग्यता (Educational Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree or 3 Year Diploma in Hotel
Management / Catering / Hospitality/ Hotel Administration from a Government
recognized (State/Central) University. Should have knowledge of Kitchen hygiene,
standard practices, various patient diets, F&B service and its distribution.
Candidate having minimum 1 year अनुभव in Hospitals/Hotel or large
institutional setup will be preferred.
